Lyndsay has been involved in the realm of Transformational Coaching and Leadership since 2008. Having coached over 2000 people, and having 10,000+ hours of experience, her commitment to serve people in their growth, reveal hidden parts of themselves, and have personal freedom, are her greatest passions.  She is especially interested in spirituality and the role it plays when woven into life.

In 2012, Lyndsay stepped into the role of Enrollment Manager for WorldWorks Inc., a transformational leadership and coaching company, working closely with the principal owner and trainer.  She successfully coached five leadership teams, focusing on breakthroughs in business, health, healing, relationships, spirituality, and service. These teams also raised over $150,000 for local charitable organizations.

As a transformational mindset coach, she continues to work closely with individuals to clarify their life vision, develop courage, accomplish goals, reduce stress, and access a deep sense of authentic self and awareness. She values co-creating with people to develop their emotional vocabulary, heal wounds, and expand the capacity to communicate and express themselves: Especially amplifying POWER and FREEDOM.

In addition to running her practice, Lyndsay also consults with businesses to improve their results and emotional intelligence. Lyndsay has worked with businesses such as Loma Linda University, Extraordinary Life Coaching,  Elevate Leadership Community, WorldWorks Inc, and Foundations For Tomorrow.

Having studied in three countries, she obtained her degree in Communication from Portland State University and is a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, an ICF-approved certification.   She is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  She considers her best education to be from her expert mentors.

Lyndsay currently lives in Oregon with her husband, Logan, and their six darling animals. One of her favorite books is The Alchemist, by Paulo Coehlo.

Rick Oneal has been training, leading, and coaching teams for over 25 years. He is a Certified Professional & Executive Coach (ICF). Rick’s passion is in teaching and training for personal and professional growth and development. Using a Solutions Focus, he will work with you to create the results you want. A great question to ask oneself is “if better is possible, is good, good enough?”

After being in sales for some years he went back to school to finish his BA at Southwestern Adventist University and then onto Andrews University for his Masters. After school he jumped into management: university residence halls, golf course, retail, and non-profit. Now, he is living his passion in seeing the light bulb come on for people. “The moment of discovery is one of the best. It doesn’t matter if you are three or ninety-three. It is still an “aha” moment.”

Rick is an international speaker having presented keynotes and breakout sessions as well as spiritual inspiration. He serves as the President of Foundations for Tomorrow, a non-profit that teaches personal growth, where he has been a lead facilitator since 2010.

He enjoys golf immensely but is much better at strategic board games and lives in Tigard, Oregon with his wife, Heather.

“Risk!  Risk anything! Care no more for the opinions of others, for those voices.  Do the hardest thing on earth for you.  Act for yourself.  Face the truth.”  Katherine Mansfield
